• Colour:
  Pale yellow with fine, persistent bubbles and a refined mousse.
• Aromas:
  Delicate yeast notes complemented by fruity hints of ripe apple, banana, and pineapple.
• Taste:
  Elegant and well-balanced on the palate. Slightly sweet on entry, crisp and refreshing, with a fine structure and distinctive character.

Food Pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif. Pairs excellently with seafood such as cockles, clams, scampi, sardines, and octopus. Also complements fried dishes (prawns, squid), soups, consommés, rich traditional meals, rice dishes, scrambled eggs, fish, legumes, and soft cheeses.

Serving Temperature:
Best served between 8–10°C
