Winemaking Process:
Crafted from carefully selected grapes, fermented at low temperatures with continuous pumping over to maximize color and aroma extraction. This is followed by malolactic fermentation, then bottled within the first year to preserve freshness and fruit intensity.
Tasting Notes:
Lively red cherry colour with purple highlights. Intense aromas of red fruits, especially strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, it delivers vibrant fruit flavours with refreshing acidity.

Winemaking & Ageing:
Fermented at controlled temperatures (26–28°C) with extended skin contact. Undergoes secondary fermentation in underground tanks, then aged for a minimum of 24 months in handcrafted French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Ruby red, clean and brilliant. Deep and elegant with black fruit aromas layered with vanilla, spices, and balsamic notes. Well-structured with sweet tannins and a refined oak finish.

Deep cherry colour with excellent clarity. Rich aromas of ripe blackberries and plums, complemented by subtle toasted oak and spice notes. Full-bodied and well-structured.
